Payment Options

Policy

• I accept checks/money orders, electronic checks and credit/debit cards.
  
• Payment must be received before service is provided.
  
• You may terminate a package agreement at any time, provided all appropriate fees for sessions used have been paid.
• Monthly fees will not be refunded for unused sessions unless by mutual agreement. Any agreed upon refunds of unused fees will be processed as quickly as possible.
• Please review my privacy policy and legal disclaimer before submitting a payment.

Automatic Authorization

Once we have completed your Introductory Consultation, you will receive a Welcome Packet which will include a credit card authorization form.You can just fill that out and fax it back to me at 1.866.821.9386.

At the beginning of each month, I will submit the appropriate charge and you will receive a receipt.

Checks & money orders

I love checks! The only drawback is that they must clear my bank before service is provided, which means you need to remember to mail them to me by the 15th of each month. This ensures that mail mishaps and bank holidays do not delay processing.

If privacy is a major concern for you, money orders are a good option. They do not require identifying information. As an extra bonus, they clear instantly!

Paypal

If you have a Paypal account, and would prefer to submit credit/debit card or electronic check charges yourself, that's fine. But remember, all fees must be paid in advance of service and I cannot be responsible for technical or service delays caused by a third partry provider. (although I understand Paypal is extremely efficient.)

If you do not currently have an account with Paypal, signing up is easy and processing is instantaneous.

PLEASE NOTE: Group fees must be paid in full, in advance, for the total number of sessions, or half before the first session and half at the midpoint of scheduled sessions.

ALSO: Refunds cannot be given for missed sessions that are not rescheduled with 48 hours notice. For 1-on-1, phone sessions and in-person groups, your scheduled time is your time and cannot be reassigned.
