What can you expect from me?

I love my work, and you'll get a strong sense of that as soon as we begin. You see, I get great joy from creating the environment for you to better understand yourself and to use that understanding in living the life you want. It's a treat to hear clients say things like...

Our time together is your time and I will be completely focused on you while we work.

I will use my considerable experience, education and intuitive powers to draw themes and patterns out of what you tell me. By bringing these to your conscious awareness, I will give you the tools necessary to be who you want to be and accomplish more than you thought you could.

You have probably had few supporters like me in your life. I'll enthusiastically, knowledgably and realistically encourage and guide you through your development. I practice what the great interpersonal psychologist Carl Rogers called 'unconditional positive regard.'

I take your trust and your privacy very, very seriously. I will protect your personal information and your internal workings in every way I possibly can.

What can you expect from yourself?

You will learn how to take care of yourself differently and how to navigate your life with greater wisdom and ease.

When your internal landscape changes, you see yourself differently in the world and your external experience simply must change. It is like the law of physics that says 'nature abhors a vacuum'. When you put different energy out, you get different energy in return.

Some changes will be expected and some will not. Some problems will be solved and some problems will be managed. In any case, you will cope differently and learn from it all.
